Why is it so important to stay hydrated?

There are different recommendations for water intake each day. I learned from an osteopath that you must try to drink 1l water for each 30kg body weight. If your body weight is 60kg, you should try to drink 2l water every day.
Tips for staying hydrated:

– Try adding a few lemon slices to your drink.
– Keep a bottle of water with you during the day.
– Drink water before, during and after your workout.
Water is the only liquid on Earth that safely reduces weight. Drinking water regularly, suppresses your appetite to a great extent and limits your food intake because thirst is often confused with hunger.
